Designed to integrate with the market leading SpeakEasy ACD platform, SpeakEasy Supervisor displays real-time ACD information to Call Centre Managers and Supervisors.

Enabling fast and visual administration, SpeakEasy Supervisor provides the following features:

Queues Monitors the status of Agents logged into all queues:

    Agent logged in and awaiting a call

    Agent's phone is ringing

Agent taking a call

Agent in wrap-up

Login / Logout Allows Supervisors to drag Agents into or out of associated queues.

Floor Plan Provides a visual interpretation of location and real-time status of Call Centre Agents. Utilising an existing plan of your Call Centre, Floor plan allows Managers and Supervisors to view a seating plan, physical telephone extensions and the real-time status of Agents within a Call Centre.

Floor plans are simply loaded from an image file and Agents are dragged into position.
