It allows reports to be automatically generated at a pre-defined time and sent to multiple recipients by e-mail. Using report templates to produce the reports on demand, SpeakEasy Report Dispatcher can schedule automatic reports to run every specified number of minutes, days or months. Once the schedule has been confirmed, reports are delivered automatically in the required format, to pre-determined email addresses. Different schedules may be defined based on user or report type. The architecture allows new delivery mechanisms (e.g. FTP or SMS) to be easily added. The powerful combination of SpeakEasy Dispatcher working alongside SpeakEasy AgentView and SpeakEasy Stats enables Supervisors to manage and schedule statistical reporting of call centre operations more efficiently.
