Desktop Manager brings together your phone and PC at the desktop to create
a powerful support tool for individual communication activities and
work-flow management. It streamlines everyday call handling tasks by
integrating them into the standard PC Windows environment, creating an
intuitive, user-friendly interface. It comprises of 6 integrated modules. Phonebox for handling incoming and outgoing calls. Line 1, Line 2 and Inquiry buttons. 50 programmable feature buttons with integration to BusinessPhone for feature set-up from the PC. 5 program launcher buttons. On-screen keypad with number display window. Directory. An address book with notes fields and dialing capabilities. Entries can be stored with a keyword for search capabilities from within other modules. Notes for information that is attached to entries in the Directory. Multiple Note tabs per directory entry are supported. Entries can be date and time stamped. Scheduler for forward planning of outgoing calls, with or without confirmation. Reminder for "alarm clock" and "tickler" functions, integrated with the Scheduler. Call log for accurate logging of all incoming and outgoing call data, with sorting, filtration and export capabilities. User definable maximum number of entries per log file. |
