This intelligent link makes it simple to enter and retrieve guest information so that reception is always kept up to date on guest status, bar and restaurant expenses, and room availability. If this link is lost due to PC or power failure, up to call records will be buffered until connection is restored, meaning that call costs will still be charged to your guests.

All staff have the
ability through the BusinessPhone Hotel system to gain instant access to
guest information. For example, when a Service Quarter within the hotel
receives a call, their handset will display the guest's name, preferred
spoken language, check-in and check-out dates, method of payment (with or
without comments) and guest status.

Staff also have the ability from any system telephone to verify the status of a guest's room. Cleaning staff can p-date this information instantly through the guest's room telephone, ensuring that Reception always has current information. At a programmed time each day, BusinessPhone Hotel can also automatically convert all occupied rooms to uncleaned status. Consistent Numbering Plan BusinessPhone Hotel features a flexible numbering scheme from one to four digits so that guest room numbers can be matched to phone numbers for ease of administration. Improved Internal Communication The BusinessPhone Hotel system ensures staff are never out of touch. In-built paging features, plus the flexibility to use the lightweight BusinessPhone Cordless phones, means that locating key staff while they remain mobile is simple. |
