1997 Saw Digital communication systems form a business partnership with Ericsson, in reply to a
demanding market place that insisted on an advanced telephone system, for small and medium
sized organisations, that gave better management and reduced costs. All across the world, in
business and day to day life people use Ericsson phones and equipment to communicate. Well
established throughout Europe, the company is a world leader with both mobile and fixed
communications equipment.

1996 – Digital Communication Systems Limited and Netcall.
The mid nineties saw major developments in computers and telephony. Netcall (formally
Telephonetics Voice Integrated Products) (formally VIP) specialise in developing advanced telephone
call handling and messaging services. Through them we can offer our clients a smarter approach to
telephone communications by improving service and productivity levels. Digital Communication
Systems are the number one Netcall reseller in the UK.
1995 – Digital Communication Systems Limited Voice and Data Cabling
Digital Communication Systems continued expansion required the development of a Voice and Data
division, this continued development has led to the awards of many major contracts within the Health

Digital Communication Systems entered the Mailroom industry to supply maintain and install Frama
Mailroom products. We enjoyed a successful relationship with Frama through until 2005 whereby we
undertook a decision to become Independent with Royal Mail and allow our customers a choice of
product to suit their needs.
